About us
Hello! I am Cassondre, Founder of Equity Inclusive. After being introduced to the world of Private Equity and Alternative Investing in 2022 I knew I had found my passion.
I hosted my first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion event in 2023 consisting of over 160 LPs and GPs. Conversations covered all aspects of Private Equity and the investing world. DEI was woven throughout with an all female speaker faculty as well as over 50% of speakers being minorities. It was a spectacular event and I was amazed by the sense of community and uplifting environment it provided to those who attended.
After spending weeks collecting feedback through over 130 meetings, I realized that there is not an event that really tailors to the industries needs the way you have asked for. I have created a new platform that does just that.
